Our mission is to move New York away from fossil fuel through a just transition that includes shutting down fossil fuel plants, opportunity for all, prevailing wage jobs and clean energy. We envision energy systems that prioritize the health and safety of our communities, the environment, and the planet.

At Energy Justice Alliance, we are dedicated to advancing energy justice in New York State for all through grassroots advocacy, education, and organizing. We are a BlPOC-led coalition of organizations, partners and allies establishing an inclusive energy justice movement that is rooted in racial, economic, and environmental justice. We strive to create the necessary space for BIPOC grassroots organizations and allies to advocate for energy justice at the local, state, and national level.
